Grow Food Network formed about a year ago when a group of keen vegie gardeners got together and came up with the idea of opening their gardens to the public to share their passion for backyard food production. “The idea of the open Vegie gardens is to collect like minds together, to form friendships and to ‘normalise’ the importance of growing and eating our own produce.

In 2015 Murrindindini’s Grow Food Network Inc. exposed more people to the wonders of the food garden with their inaugural Open Vegie Gardens event. We are busy planning for the next “Open Vegie Garden” event March 18/19th 2017
We have 7 garden open to the public from Marysville, Alexandra, Thornton and Rubicon. To view each of the profiles use the "Garden Profiles" tab. Their location is on a map under the "Maps" tab……hope to see you there…

Activities over the weekend include:

* Milking our internet sensation Marilyn
* Composting demonstration
* "Grow It, Cook It" with Kim
* Bee Keeping demonstration
